Impossible to deny BN 2/3 majority

Lim Kit Siang is demanding Pakatan Harapan parties adhere to the electoral pact against the Barisan Nasional in the Sarawak election instead of getting involved in “fratricidal battles” over seats.

In a statement, the DAP supremo lamented that as things stand, denying Sarawak Chief Minister Adenan Satem a two-thirds majority was a “very tall order”, even with a united Opposition coalition.

“This goal will be totally impossible if Pakatan Harapan cannot work as one team.”

Lim’s statement comes in the wake of Sarawak PKR’s insistence on contesting in several seats which DAP is vying for, despite the agreement reached by PKR Deputy President Azmin Ali.
